Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Please let us know if you the product does not meet your expectations and satisfaction, we will discuss your complaint and communicate with you the acceptance of your request.
If you are approved a partial or full refund, this will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to method of payment within 3-5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
